Publication: Combining Artificial Intelligence and Human Expertise in Pursuit of Novel PolQ Inhibitors

We are proud to share our latest scientific contribution, in collaboration with Sygnature Discovery, on small-molecule PolQ polymerase domain inhibitors. Leveraging AI-generated ligand design, a structurally diverse set of compounds was synthesized and evaluated, ultimately identifying a novel oxime-based scaffold. From this hit, we generated a highly potent series of functionalized oxime PolQ inhibitors with promising initial ADME properties, underscoring the power of generative AI to unlock new chemical space and accelerate lead optimization.
